We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Assistant to the Chief Innovation Officer. For those of you who live in Quezon City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified), and able to under a full time working hours.
As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources with at least Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱40,000 - ₱50,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

- Support the Chief Innovation Officer in day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the department.
- Coordinate multiple projects, set timelines, and ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to keep projects on track and ensure completion.
- Show a genuine interest in new technologies and bring creative ideas for improving business efficiency.
- Take concepts and develop them rapidly through fast iterations.
- Maintain a high level of organizational skills, ability to handle pressure, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or project coordination role, in recruitment setting
- Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Interest in and understanding of new technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Experience with rapid concept development and iteration.
Location: Hybrid/Flexidesk
Working schedule: Monday to Friday; 9am to 6pm
Must have a good internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS
