We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of CAINTA | Customer Support Specialist | Earn up to 26K. For candidates who reside in Rizal (others) and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at TTEC Customer Care Management Phils., Inc. and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.

We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We look forward to hearing from you soon if you have expertise in the fields of Services & Customer Service with a minimum Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate & Bachelor's/College Degree.

We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱22,000 - ₱26,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

What You’ll be Doing 

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? In this role, you’ll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customers’ experience being just average or an exceptional one. 

During a Typical Day, You’ll 

  • Answer incoming communications from customers  
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues 

What You Bring to the Role 

  • 6 months or more of customer services experience 
  • Senior High school graduate or equivalent 
  • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge  
  • Computer experience
