Essential Functions

·                    Supervises Accounts Payable process and Accounts Receivables billing process.

·                    Establishes and implements accounting control procedures.

·                    Monitors and reviews accounting-related systems reports for accuracy and completeness.

·                    Regularly reviews budgets, expense, revenue, payroll entries and invoices and other accounting documents to ensure accuracy.

·                    Supervises the inputs and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s audited financial statement.

·                    Submits timely financial reports to Management for decision-making.

·                    Keeps track of deadlines for submission of compliance reports to government agencies.

·                    Safe keeps documents such as business permits, ITR, government compliances, SEC registration, etc. 

·                    Oversees day-to-day operation of accounting, purchasing and sales/marketing;

·                    Establishes, develops and maintains accounting methods, policies, practices, systems and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reports;

Job Specifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/ Accounting Technology/ Management Accounting or relevant field;

·        Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (preferred)

·        Solid analytical and decision-making skills;

·        Leadership Ability;

·        Excellent written ad verbal communication skills;

·        In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping;

·        Proven work experience as a head of finance, director of finance or similar role;

·        Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models;

·        Strong organizational and planning skills;

·        Sound knowledge of financial management & control rules and practices;

·        Proficient in accounting software;

·        At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;

·        Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management

·                    Ensures that accounting tasks are accomplished such as, but not limited to: month & year-end process reports, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, check preparation and fixed asset;

·                    Summarizes current financial status; reconciles discrepancies, initiates corrective actions and duly suggests financial recommendations;

·                    Creates, maintains, organizes and secures financial reports and other records by making an organized filing system to document transactions;

·                    Prepares and submits yearend financial statement, GFFS and GIS;

·                    Prepares and submits monthly, quarterly and yearly government compliance such as taxes, etc.;

·                    Facilitates renewal of business permits (both KSBAIC and Concessionaires);

·                    Works with site supervisors to support organizational goals and objectives;

·                    Cash position preparation, cash monitoring and control

·                    Performs other duties as assigned by General Manager and/or President.
