We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of HR Associate - Employee Services. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

The Human Resources Associate for Employee Services is responsible for accurate timekeeping and creating other timekeeping-related records, facilitating employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all government and internal regulations, providing employee support, and assisting the HR Operations & Employee Services Manager in continuously improving the processes to enhance overall efficiency and employee satisfaction.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. TIMEKEEPING
– Implement and maintain timekeeping systems to accurately track employee work hours.
– Monitor and validate employee time records for accuracy and compliance with internal company policies and applicable labor laws.
– Address any timekeeping discrepancies or issues promptly and resolve them in collaboration with employees and relevant departments.
– Stay updated with relevant labor laws and regulations related to timekeeping and benefits administration.
2. BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
– Administer company-initiated employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, leaves entitlement, insurance, and others benefits.
– Facilitate employee government benefits reporting and availment.
– Educate and assist employees on available benefits options, eligibility requirements, and enrolment processes.
– Process and manage employee benefit enrolments, changes, and terminations.
– Collaborate with external benefit providers to ensure accurate and timely administration of benefits.
3. EMPLOYEE SERVICES/SUPPORT
– Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding timekeeping and benefits-related inquiries, concerns, or issues.
– Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefit plans, claims, and other related matters.
– Assist in organizing and conducting employee orientation on timekeeping procedures, benefit programs and self-service tools.
– Support Immediate Head/FDEV/FDC/ALGI HR Team for any task that may assign from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree course specializing in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, and other related courses
· With at least a year experience of in handling timekeeping and benefits administration.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· Timekeeping System

· eGov system
· Microsoft 365 & Google Suite applications
· Familiarity with Ourlink System is an advantage
