Performs document control and management of project information in support of the project team.
- Responsible for the registration, distribution, and disposition of project documentation in accordance with documented policies and procedures.
- Explore and offer solutions to Document Control issues and challenges.
- Ensure project deliverables are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
- ·Provide support, guidance, and governance to the External Contractors document control teams.
- Monitors the proper usage of the project document, data or model management systems and related procedures.
- Provide support and coaching on document management systems and processes
Qualifications:
- Professional qualifications related to information management/document control will be highly regarded.
- Expert user in one or more electronic document management systems (Aconex mandatory)
- Computer literacy Microsoft Office / Adobe / SmartPlant suite
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and manage change with resilience.
