We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
ENTRY LEVEL
- Must possess a Professional license
- At least 2 years of work experience in Manufacturing set-up (preferably Chemical Manufacturing Industry)
- Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office operations
- BOSH (through OHNAP)
- Must be proficient in oral and written communication
- Preferably with driving skills (Licensed Driver)
Brief Job Description: We are looking for an Occupational Health Nurse to provide basic health care services to our company’s employees. Who will be responsible for assessing health risks, prevention and treatment of resultant illness or injury and assists in developing and implementing Health and Safety Programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attends to employees seeking medical attention.
- Facilitates referral to accredited Hospitals for employees needing extensive medical management.
- Handles HMO concerns.
- Process relevant Health and Safety reports required by government agencies.
- Conducts home visits in relation to sickness.
- Organizes Annual Physical Examinations.
- Ensures that newly hired employees passed the pre-employment medical examination required by the company.
- Maintains an accurate and orderly recording system of work-related accident and illness medical records of employees.
- Approves or deny the application of sick leave and recommend it to Department Heads/HRAD Manager
- Member of the Health and Safety Committee
- Participates in Emergency Preparedness Committee First Aid Team
- Perform First Aid Treatment and Follow up care
- Perform office work, and inventory of supplies needed for the company’s medical clinic.
- Maintains a quality, clean and safe company’s medical supplies.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Provide Health teaching to workers to ensure safety standards are met (Wellness Program)
- Coordinates with Healthcard provider regarding employee coverage and other related concerns.
- Make Sickness/Maternity notification SS/PHILHEALTH
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
