Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Payroll Officer - Project Based. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

PAYROLL OFFICER
The Payroll Officer is responsible for calculating employees’ compensation, updating our internal payroll databases and ensuring timely payments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. PROCESSING OF EMPLOYEE PAYROLL/FINAL PAY
1.1 Prepare employees’ compensation half and end of each month using payroll software
1.2 Processing of employee’s final pay
1.3 Report on payroll expenses
1.4 Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
1.5 Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
1.6 Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
2. PROCESSING OF REPORTS RELATED TO PAYROLL SERVICES
2.1. Report on payroll expenses
2.2. Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this
3. PROCESSING OF TICKETS RELATED TO PAYROLL
3.1. Addresses all payroll-related tickets
3.2. Resolving payroll discrepancies
3.3. Answer questions about payroll, taxes and other payroll related concerns
4. CONFORM WITH REGULATORY AND STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS (standard for all)
6.1. Practice Corporate Values, SOPs, GMPs
6.2. Conform to corporate quality requirements, statutory and regulatory requirements
Education:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Human Resources or relevant field
Experience:
At least 1 year work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk or similar role
Skills:
· Prepare employees’ compensation half and end of each month using payroll software
· Processing of employee’s final pay
· Report on payroll expenses
· Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
· Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
· Preferably end to end payroll process
