Our company Mary Grace Cafe is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Paranaque City and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Manufacturing & Quality Assurance, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of quality assurance manager and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱90,000 - ₱120,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Job Responsibilities:
- Establishes, monitors and maintains a robust quality assurance and quality control system.
- Develops, implements, manages, and tracks effectiveness of an integrated program to include systems, standards and procedures, measures and tools which ensures food safety, quality sanitation and regulatory requirements are met for food products and operations.
- Develops and delivers effective communications that provide all levels with appropriate awareness and knowledge of quality assurance standards, program updates, and process changes.
- Stays up to date and builds expertise on food safety best practices, public health regulations, and industry best practices.
- Oversees the continuous growth and development of team members through training, coaching, and benchmarking.
Qualifications:
- With at least 10 years of work experience in the Food Manufacturing/Restaurant QA System
- Experience in applying for the following: FDA LTO, FDA Product Registration, and LGU Sanitation Audits
- Experience in HACCP, ISO 2200, FSSC 2200, GMP, GWP, GTP, and Food Safety System Certification
- Knowledge in establishing and implementing Food Safety & Quality Management System
- Knowledge of the Philippine Food Safety Act, FDA AO 153, Sanitation Code, and relevant government regulations

In 2006, Mrs. Dimacali complemented her baked goods with a short menu of comfort food pastas, salads, sandwiches, pizzaz, breakfast, appetizers and beverages. Thus, Mary Grace Cafe was born. Most notable of the branches are in Serendra Fort, Gree nbelt 2, Trinoma, Alabang Town Center and SM Southmall. The Mary Grace Cafe has made its mark by providing a "home away from home" dining experience thru its unique ambience and warm service.
Today, Mary Grace has a total of ten Kiosks and sixteen Cafes. All are doing well, providing stable and uplifting employment to numerous job seekers. Mary Grace continues to expand its branches in premium locations and A-B markets across the country, as we hope to create more job opportunities and contribute to the growth of the economy.
In the next 5 years, Mary Grace aims to open more branches all over the Philippines and in Asia. We wish to raise the flag of "proudly Filipino made" on the international stage.
