Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ₱13,000 - ₱15,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

- Responsible for timely preparation of Japanese Expatriates accommodation, service vehicle and driver, emergency trip ticket, work permit and working visa.
- Process and ensure renewal of company’s business permit, licensing and certification.
- Process and document of Purchase Request Form (PRF), Request for Approval (RFA) and Request for Payment (RFP).
- Update and monitor contracts and Memorandum of Understanding (MUO).
- Coordinate with service providers, contractors and suppliers any related matters.
- Coordinate and arrange company and service provider vehicle schedule and trip ticket.
- Monitor the company vehicle daily inspection, monthly preventive maintenance, annual vehicle registration and issuance of car stickers.
- Prepare and monitor billing invoice of service providers, supplier and utilities prior endorsement to Finance and Accounting Department.
