DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs validation and endorses to fleet billing and pay out in the event of discrepancies on the reverse billing as reported by subcon vendors.
- Performs validation on the submitted documents by subcon vendors in BAMS.
- Ensure validation of Reverse Billing
- Carry out validation and reconciliation of parcels not received in Last Mile hubs
- Perform validation of parcels with missing driver and lost status
- Perform checking of multiple trips of the subcon per day.
- Validate manual billing and claims (Foul trip/ Demurrage and backload).
- For vehicle type not on the existing available rate, Fleet Payout will coordinate with Contracts to secure a copy the approve rate matrix and contract. This will be applied accordingly.
- Work with touchpoints ensuring all activities are being carried out timely and to meet service standards
- Perform other duties which may be assigned provided the relevant and necessary orientation or training is carried out
- Ensure operational practices and procedures are carried out effectively
- Monitor and coordinate with Last Mile Hub team for the pick-up Flexi parcels.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Vocational Graduate or at least 2nd year college
- Must have background or experience in Logistics Operations and or in any related field Basic knowledge on finance but not required
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Great attention to detail
- Can work with minimal supervision
