Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as ASSOCIATE LAWYER. For those of you who live in Makati City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, Chaves Hechanova and Lim Law Offices, and able to work under full time system.

If you are experienced in the field of Services & Lawyer/Legal Asst with a minimum degree of Bachelor's/College Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for natural and juridical persons;
- Conduct extensive legal research and gather evidence;
- Ensure appropriate approvals are in place before documents are executed;
- Draft, review and manage various legal documents;
- Explain the law and provide sound legal advice to clients;
- Offer legal representation at arbitration or mediation hearings;
- Provide innovative solutions to client problems;
- Represent clients in court proceedings on civil or criminal matters in a professional manner;
- Monitor case progress and keep clients regularly updated on assigned cases
- Prepare pleadings, notices and other documents;
- Oversee paralegals and assistants;
- Keep cases organized.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicants must possess at least a Post Graduate Law Degree;
- Preferably 1-4 years experience in law/legal services or equivalent;
- Applicants must have have passed the Philippine Bar examinations;
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City;
- Applicants must be willing to work long hours and undergo training;
- Applicants must value hard work, professionalism and dedication;
- With pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills;
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills;
- Can work independently and as part of a team;
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Good organizational skills.
