Sales Support Assistant is primarily responsible in the support needed for post booking activities of contract to sell accounts given to counterpart CTS Sales/Marketing by providing timely and accurate billing details and collection of payments to internal and external partners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible in the preparation of billing statements, clearing reports and statement of accounts
- Prepares payment requests for approval
- Primarily responsible in reconciliation of payment in bank’s records versus developer’s records
- Primarily responsible in providing clearance requests
- Primarily responsible in monitoring of float amounts to avoid past due status
- Endeavors to know clients well by engaging them, understanding their financial needs and providing them with the best possible products and solutions that match their needs specifically contract to sell accounts for conversion or in need of bank financing.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business or Banking and Finance or Management or Accountancy
- Preferably with experience in similar function in retail lending support/auditing
- Knowledge on auditing, computation and preparation of statement of accounts and audit reports.
- Adept with MS Office systems, good interpersonal relationship skills, good oral and written communication skills, analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure
