We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.

The Budget Officer is responsible for providing financial expertise in the review and analysis of cost reports, forecasting of financial needs, and budget allocation in all business units. He/ She reviews and finalizes the various financial studies, financial simulations, Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) analysis and project evaluation for the financial performance and position of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Agriculture and Industrial Engineering
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting and budget management, preferably in banana production and export
- Leadership and people management skills
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Expertise in financial analysis
- Expertise in management accounting
- Expertise in budget management
- Knowledge in GAAP (Financial Accounting)
- Knowledge in SAP and other accounting systems
- Proficiency in computer operations, specifically MS applications
- Knowledge in taxation and corporate laws is an advantage
