Radiant Support Services (PH), Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our growing development team based out of our office in Cebu, Philippines. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions and strategies to meet the needs of the organization. Duties and responsibilities will include all those customarily attendant to such a position, and such other duties and responsibilities as may, from time to time, be assigned to you by the Business Intelligence Technology Lead or the Company. B. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:
· Participate in development and maintenance of the Data Warehouse
· Configure and deploy ETL processes and data pipelines.
· Ensure data is complete and accurate and assist in maintaining quality control standards for ETL and data warehouse related solutions.
· Work with cross-functional teams to build and streamline tools and processes for our data systems (automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.).
· Administer and monitor Change Data Capture technologies.
· Ensure solutions and related systems are monitored and healthy.
· Maintain data segregation based on business needs.
· Create and maintain technical documentation for BI tools and processes.
C. QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer or similar role
· 1+ years working experience with AWS data services (e.g., RDS, DataPipelines)
· 1+ years data modeling experience (Relational and Dimensional)
· 2+ years of experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
· Advanced SQL skills (DDL, DQL, DML, DCL, and TCL)
· Expertise in designing, building, and deploying BI solutions (Database Design, Data Lakes, Data Warehouse, Star Schema)
· Highly experienced with CDC and Data Migration tools (Kakfa, Airflow, MuleSoft)
· Possess a strong understanding of DW concepts and ETL approaches
· Hands-on experience with one or more BI applications (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAP BOBJ, etc.)
· Ability to work well in a team, as well as establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with limited supervision
· Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to continuously multi-task
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Prior experience working with AWS Redshift
· Proficiency with other programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, etc.)
· Experience with SAP database
· Background in Supply Chain/Logistics/Transportation industry
