Our company My Portal Marketing is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Cebu (Others) and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate & Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Others, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of virtual administrative and accounting support specialist and be able to work in full time system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱25,000 - ₱40,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Job Description: Virtual Administrative and Accounting Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

1.) Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings with ease.
  • Engage with clients via email, ensuring timely responses and maintaining effective communication.
  • Conduct accurate data entry and keep digital files organized for seamless access.
  • Embrace the challenge of multitasking and prioritize tasks efficiently.

2.) Accounting and Bookkeeping:

  • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar applications to handle financial transactions with confidence.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Engage in tax preparation activities and liaise with external accounting firms when required.

3.) General Administration Skills:

  • Showcase your organizational prowess and time management skills to achieve goals efficiently.
