For candidates who reside in Cebu (Others) and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Engineering & Other Engineering and possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Job Description
- Manages the operation and personnel
- Oversees maintenance activities
Responsibilities
- Ensures treated water and process quality meets specifications and required volume
- Plans, prioritizes and documents daily plant activities
- Schedules daily activities of operators and technicians
- Provides standard work methods and work instructions
- Responds to breakdowns
- Oversees compliance with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies in production activities
- Ensures that building, water, and equipment specifications comply with applicable regulatory guidelines and codes
- Minimize wastes from the processes
- Provides technical support and subject matter expertise on water resource and treatment issues.
- Proposes necessary projects/ improvements to increase productivity
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of First Aid, Chlorination, Working in Confined Spaces, Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS), and related safety procedures.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water
- Water treatment facility emergency procedures
- Safety practices in the operation of electrical and mechanical equipment;
- Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies regarding safe work practices and handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Thorough understanding of applicable government environmental and safety regulations
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Proficient in using SCADA systems
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use computer-aided Design (CAD) software and other relevant analytical, scientific, or monitoring software
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Driving is an advantage
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of related experience required.
Physical Requirements
- Physically fit to navigate all areas of the production facility.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
