The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱75,000 - ₱90,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS MANAGER

Shall be responsible in overseeing all aspects of Financial Planning and analysis, as well as Treasury.

–       Drive the development of the annual business plan, rolling forecasts and targets through collaboration with department managers and the Executive committee

–       Analyze and support business plans and forecasts and provide the Executive committe with insight to historical variations, upside/downside, and other major issues

–       Perform monthly and quarterly trend analysis for the company versus Business Plan, Prior Year, Forecast, and High-Performance targets

–       Track and monitor financial performance against budget / forecast, prepare timely and accurate financial reports and provide insights into opportunities and risks to support internal business reviews in a timely manner

–       Provide leadership to the Finance organization in the deployment of Operational Excellence

–       Develop financial models and build business cases to evaluate new business ideas

–       Ensure profitability by regularly reviewing product costs, manufacturing variances, raw materials price fluctuations and providing expert advice to the business on focus areas to protect margin

–       Monitoring of revenue and major cost items on a weekly basis to be able to provide insights to the business on a timely manner

–       Active involvement in new initiatives or projects as required

–       Perform ad-hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making

–       Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to build and enhance financial models, monitor trends, and key drivers; Proactively recommend a course of action if risk is present

–       Monitors the Company’s overall liquidity position for working capital needs

–       Maintains an in depth understanding of the organization’s resources and recognizes the financial impacts (both negative and positive) of every activity, process, policy, and initiatives, and manages these impacts to ensure financially sound operations (cost-effective and profitable)

–       Determines daily cash position, verify expenses to be disbursed & make sure that amounts are accurate and funds are fully secured

–       Reviews and approves payment proposal, and performs periodic payment run

–       Manage all cash & check collections from sales & bills payment & check if they are accounted for & deposited on the next banking day

Required Qualifications:

–       Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

–       CPA, with experience in Treasury and Payroll, FP&A and Inventory and Product costing

–       Preferably with managerial or supervisory experience

–       With proven leadership and management competencies and display strong communication and relational skills

–       Has broad knowledge of organizational financial management and adept in financial planning, analysis and projection
