- Assists and attends to different sourcing activities such as pre-screening through different job portals, job fairs, pocket recruitment, career day, career dialogue, etc.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job application, and performing phone screenings and preliminary interviews
- Schedule candidate for HR and Sales Leaders
- Coordinates to line/sales leader for interview schedule
- Manage and updates candidate database status
- Updates and send list of Trainees for training
- Prepares weekly reports
- Assist in onboarding new hire process
- Performance of such other related tasks that may be required from time to time additional task for Corp Recruiter
Knowledge in Adobe and Canva
