We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Calabarzon & Mimaropa and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Junction, Cainta | US Retail Account l Customer Service Agent | Up to 25K in our business office, TTEC Customer Care Management Phils., Inc..

This is a decent opportunity for you who are willing to work under full time working hours.

Candidates with a High School Diploma or even higher and greatly experienced in Services & Customer Service are especially required. Because our company values a competitive and professional work atmosphere, the candidates we seek must be dependable, honest, disciplined, and diligent.

We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱22,000 - ₱25,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

What You’ll be Doing  

Do you have a passion for technology and helping others? In this role, you’ll work to resolve technical requests or complex calls from customers. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.    

During a Typical Day, You’ll  

  • Consult customers on products and services to provide the best solutions for their needs by a variety of communication channels that could include voice, email or chat  
  • Respond to inquiries with active listening – identifying additional needs and supporting any upgrades in products and services   
  • Open and maintain customer accounts and information   
  • Resolve technical issues with patience and understanding  
  • Positively participate in company events, team activities, and continuous learning  

What You Bring to the Role  

  • 6 months or more of customer services experience 
  • Completed 2 years in college or equivalent 
  • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge  
  • Computer experience
