We are hiring for the position of SALES TRAINER with full time working hours for our company office, Company Confidential, for residents of Calabarzon & Mimaropa and its neighboring areas.
Candidates with expertise in Education/Training & Training & Dev. and at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.
Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱18,000 - ₱23,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree
- At Least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Can efficiently and effectively work under pressure.
- Willing to be assigned in Parian, Calamba – Monday to Saturday.
- Can start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
- Design training curricula within time and budget constraints
- Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
- Onboard new salespeople
- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
- Monitor sales objectives and results
- Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
- Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
- Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars
- Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs
