We need you to fill the position as Junior Architect for our office.
This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Marikina City and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of B.S. Architecture or Interior Design
- Proficient in BIM applications, Sketchup, Enscape/Lumion and Photoshop
- with 1 year work experience in the same field
- has good communication skills
- willing to work in Marikina City (M-F, 9am-5pm)
- capable of work-from-home setup for overtime work (weekends) as necessary
Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare drawings and other design documents as required by the Project Architect.
2. Assist the Project Architect in coordinating works between trades, preparing shop drawings, request for information and other submittals as needed.
3. Assist the Project Architect in conducting site inspections and in preparing site inspection reports
4. Helps keep the office files and databases in order and up to date
