We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of MIS Analyst / WFM Reports Analyst | Manila. For those of you who live in Quezon City & Taguig City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Ubiquity, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Services & Customer Service with at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate & Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱30,000 - ₱45,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Ubiquity is hiring for an MIS Analyst to join our Workforce team. Our MIS Analyst is an integral role in the operations of our Manila office. A person who has a keen eye for detail, knowledgeable in different reporting platforms, and have a strong analytical mindset.
Job Description:
a. Develop and distribute Contact Center reporting.
b. Modify, revise and update scorecards, dashboards, and other reports
c. Responsible for data integrity, accuracy of all reporting requirements.
d. Works with Workforce leaders, Senior Site managers and Sales leaders to create or modify current reporting.
e. Analyzes data to ensure integrity and structures data to help support or provide business recommendations i.e. Performance Metrics
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in the same capacity.
- Experience in extracting data from CMS and other reporting platform
- Strong data analytics and creation of reports
- Experience in automating task/reports that are manual to reduce cycle time and defects.
- Proficient user of Excel, SQL and understanding call center statistics a must.
- Knowledge in VBA, macros, linked data, pivot chart tools, design tools
- Experience in developing dashboards, and understandable reports and useful visualization.
- Flexible schedule and excellent attendance record
- Should be amenable to work on different schedules (i.e. Day Shift, Mid Shift, Night Shift)
