Position Title: Order Processor

Salary: PHP 20,00 – 25,00 a month

Reports To: Client, Account Manager

Primary Relationships: Client Team

Date: May 2023

Schedule: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM PHT

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter clients’ Purchase Orders into our system, ensuring timely and error-free data entry

• Create new customer profiles in the system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

• Perform tasks within the assigned area of expertise and actively demonstrate processes to others

• Modify existing orders as necessary, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures

• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives

• Maintain a high level of productivity and quality while working on repetitive tasks for extended periods

• Uphold data confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Adapt to changing shifts as required to support operational needs

• Comply with tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure to meet established targets

• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Exhibit a conscientious and responsible work attitude, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities

• Motivate oneself to perform consistently and meet or exceed performance expectations

• Maintain a positive approach in a fast-paced working environment

Requirements:

• Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed

• Competency in computer skills and a working knowledge of relevant software packages

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French language proficiency is an asset

• Strong spelling, punctuation, and grammar abilities

• Ability to perform simple calculations accurately

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free work

• Adaptability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

• Well-organized with effective multitasking skills

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Possess a strong sense of data confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
