Mga Responsibilidad sa Trabaho :

- Tiyakin ang isang resolusyon ng tawag na inuuna ang kasiyahan ng customer.
- Magsagawa ng pangunahing pag-troubleshoot kung kinakailangan.
Mga Kinakailangan sa Trabaho :
- Ang nagtapos ng High School / Senior High School ay hinihikayat na mag-aplay (hindi kinakailangan ang karanasan sa BPO)
- Mahusay na kasanayan sa komunikasyon sa Ingles
- Kaalaman sa mga produkto ng consumer electronics
