Job Description:
1. Leads and ensure that the purchases are being process by the buyers.
2. Ensure that all purchasing process conducts appropriate sourcing to suppliers, comparative costing at very least amount, and other means of canvassing before approval.
3. Review, assess costing if tolerable and conducts strategy to supply necessities to all requester
4. Summarize comparative cost resourcing , servicing, terms and condition before the approval of the General Manager
5. Ensure checking of the PR site filings, PO reports approval and price inquiry conducted by the buyer
6. Overseeing the daily activities of the buyers and secure that all request from the department has been attended in timely manner
7. Keep safe files of history transaction related to suppliers costing, canvass and other related references.
8. Negotiate directly to the suppliers regarding costing and seek approval from the General Manager
9. Directly reporting to General Manager and execute instruction provided by the management
10. Ensure timely supply of requirements related to government services including such as DENR pre requirements, BFP, PCO, CENRO, and other related government agency that requires materials compliance
11. Performs other related job function in particular to purchasing, canvassing and other instruction provided by the management.
Remarks:
1. Graduate of any business related course
2. preferably with experience in wide purchasing/canvassing of materials and sourcing suppliers
3. Able to prepare summarize reports with good both oral and written communication
4. Good in Mathematics and/or calculation matters
5. Flexible and can lead buyers strategic ways to facilitate purchases
6. good interpersonal relation and not emotional
7. Goal oriented with good leadership skills
