We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree, experienced in Sales/Marketing & Sales - Corporate and domiciled in Valenzuela City and surrounding areas.
Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ₱31,000 - ₱43,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting our products/services as solutions.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop customized sales strategies and proposals that meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports, including sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on market developments.
- Provide feedback and insights from the market to contribute to the development of new products and services.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development to stay competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business in a B2B environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and win new business.
- Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitors’ products/services is a plus.
- Can drive 4 wheels and has a driver’s license
- With familiarization in the food packaging industry is an advantage
