Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or any related field
- Must have at least 1 year of work experience in sales, trade, marketing or any position
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be able to accomplish work responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Willing to work in Bagbaguin, Valenzuela City
Responsibilities:
- Will handle inquiries via email, phone, viber, etc
- Serve as a point person for customer order taking and order update
- Offer new/old products to new/old customers
- Perform outstanding and fast customer service to customers such as following up on the preparation of their order, updating customers and making sure that their account is properly handled
