We are pleased to inform you that our company office, Fitzpatrick Rushinek & Associates is currently seeking candidates to then join and fill the position as Office admin assistant - Work from Home! and able to work under full time working hours system.

We are a competent professional company, therefore we have specific criteria for the interested candidates. We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.

We are offering a salary of ₱10,000 - ₱18,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Your capability will be highly appreciated by our company.

Fitzpatrick Ruschinek Zucker is a growing, established Australian based accounting firm with over 40 years of service to our clients. This role is with one of our group accounting firms to assist with the day to day operations of the company.

You will join our supportive team of Philippines staff who work from home supporting our Australian team of accountants and administrators.

Tasks include;

Sorting & sending ATO mail electronically to our clients;
ASIC administration, including transition of ASIC clients into a cloud software;
Set up of entity structure for our clients;
Create administration processes;
Client data base review and clean up across our systems, and
Other administration tasks.

Experience is not required and training will be provided from both our Filipino and Australian based staff.
