Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱50,000 - ₱100,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

- At least 8 years of experience as Test Manager
- Provide expertise on Test Approach for projects, help in identifying Risks and Mitigation Plan, guide the Project/Test team to resolve Test Issues and conduct proper RCA, review other Test Deliverables, audit projects for compliance on Test process
- Must be knowledgeable on both Functional and Non-Functional Testing.
- Support to the TCOE Head
- Experience leading a Testing Team
- Experience of using ALM Test Management Tool, LR, UFT or similar testing tools
- Certifications is preferred: ISTQB CTFL, ISTQB CTAL – TM, PMP, ITILV4, TMMI Professional
- Full work onsite at Ortigas/Makati.
