The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

MEGAWIDE – Construction Equipment, Logistics and Services (CELS) is hiring for HEAVY EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR.
Work with the company that delivers superiors and cost effective end-to-end services through an extensive roster of first-world equipment for construction, material handling, earthmoving, concrete delivery, and vehicles for transport and logistics.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Probe operations through the implementation of the Preventive Maintenance Plan, Spare Parts Management, and projects for Capital Expenditures to continue to the profitability of the company at optimum cost
- Recommend and implement projects to improve capacity, efficiency reliability and safety of equipment so that we can improve process performance and optimize maintenance cost
- Control downtime by informing a routine preventive maintenance
- Monitor inventory of tools and equipment
- Manage execution and completion of work orders to ensure availability of equipment for continuous plant operations
- Plan and prepare unit objectives and programs in line with operations objectives and strategies to standardize operational practices
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Construction Heavy Equipment) or equivalent.
- At least 5 – 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taytay Rizal
