We currently have a job vacancy for a Technical Recruiter. This is an opportunity for you to be part of the CoDev team and our clients’. Should you be fit for and accept the role, you’ll get to collaborate with other technical talents locally and offshore.

• Provide sourcing initiatives, ideas and suggestions to improve and maintain a positive talent pool reach and conversion
• Contribute initiatives, solutions and ideas to improve and/or streamline processes
• Ensure a positive candidate experience all throughout the screening process
• Maintain accountability in keeping candidates up to date with their applications
• Work hand in hand with Talent Management team in reaching out and providing feedback to active candidates
• Search and utilize all online portals and sourcing mediums in searching and headhunting for qualified IT talents
• Actively source and screen for candidates that fit current and future roles
• Conduct opportunity calls and screening calls with prospect applicants
• Enter the candidate’s information to the ATS real time and with utmost accuracy
• Specialize in sourcing for specific technical skill sets like Fullstack, .NET, ReactJS, etc. as well as non-developer positions
• Does cold call/email outreach to candidates from the database based on location assigned
• Tap previous candidates (including candidates who withdraw their application, keep for reference, etc.)
• Provide a detailed sourcing report for job openings assigned
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent
• With excellent English communication skills
• With 1+ years hands-on end-to-end recruiting experience (IT/outsourcing field)
• Experience working with foreign clients is an advantage.
• Must have strong hands-on experience in using LinkedIn and other online portals
• In-depth knowledge with technical terminologies and current trends in the IT/ Development Industry preferred
• Has the ability to build strong professional relationships with candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication.
• Possess a sense of urgency and initiative to fill positions.
